1. Available to first-time or continuing college students
2. Minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA
3. Art, Music, Speech or Theatre program of study
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours
5. Preference to a student in a Music program of study
6. Scholarship is renewable
