ELIGIBILITY
1. Available to first-time college students
2. No GPA requirement to award but must maintain a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
3. Any program of study
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours
5. Must be a Rochester High School graduate
6. Preference to a student with financial need
7. Scholarship is renewable
