1. Available to first-time or continuing college students
2. Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
3. Accepted into LLCC’s Occupatonal Therapy Assistant Program
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours
5. Preference to a Macoupin or Sangamon County resident
