1. Available to first-time or continuing college students
2. Minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA
3. Any program of study
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours
5. Preference to a graduate of 1)Franklin High School; 2)Waverly High School; 3)Morgan County high school
6. Preference to a first-time student
7. Scholarship is renewable
