1. Available to first-time or continuing college students
2. Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
3. Education, Foreign Language or Office Professional program of study
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours
5. Must be a student with financial need
6. May be awarded to a student interested in International Relations as a career
