David Tapscott Memorial Scholarship, Policeman's Benevolent and Protective Association, Unit #5

ELIGIBILITY
1. Available to first-time or continuing college students
2. Minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA
3. Law Enforcement program of study
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours
5. Must be a Springfield resident and a Sangamon County high school graduate
6. One recommendation must be from an officer of the Springfield Police Department
7. One recommendation must be from a school official
8. Scholarship is renewable
