ELIGIBILITY
1. Available to first-time or continuing college students
2. Minimum 2.00 cumulative GPA
3. Any program of study
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours
5. Must be employed full-time or part-time
6. Preference to a non-traditional student (above age 20)
7. Preference to a resident of 1)Springfield; 2)Sangamon County
8. Must be a student with financial need
