Howard and Vera Million Scholarship

ELIGIBILITY
1. Available to first-time college students
2. Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
3. Any program of study that is a transfer program
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours
5. Must be a recent high school graduate attending college for the first-time after graduating high school
6. Must be a resident of Morgan, Greene or Scott counties
7. Must be a student with financial need
