ELIGIBILITY
1. Available to first-time college students
2. Minimum 2.60 cumulative GPA
3. Any program of study
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours
5. Must be a current year graduate of Hillsboro High School and have the likelihood of returning to the Hillsboro area upon completion of college
