ELIGIBILITY
1. Available to first-time or continuing college students
2. Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
3. Program of study: Agriculture, law enforcement, business, accounting, healthcare, nursing and computer science
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours
5. Must be a resident of Cass, Menard or Sangamon counties
6. Preference to a student with an interest in American History
