1. Available to first-time or continuing college students
2. Minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA
3. Business program of study
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours
5. Preference to a resident of 1)Litchfield School District; 2)Panhandle School District; 3)Mt. Olive School District
6. Scholarship is renewable
